These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, services, and deliverables provided by Envision Marketing Agency, LLC (“Envision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing services or checking “I have read and agree” at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the applicable service-specific addenda below.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, excluding Envision’s income taxes.
Unless otherwise specified, payments are non-refundable once work has begun or services have been delivered.

Final deliverables are owned by the client upon full payment.
Envision retains rights to underlying tools, frameworks, and pre-existing IP.
Envision may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless opted out in writing.
You may not use our services to violate laws, infringe IP rights, distribute malware, or engage in fraud, spam, or impersonation.
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee results (e.g., rankings, revenue, traffic).
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you to Envision in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify Envision against claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or content you provide.
Governed by the laws of Arizona, USA (Maricopa County).
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration (AAA/JAMS rules).
Class action and jury trial rights are waived to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
Each plan specifies included services.
Typical inclusions: 5 custom pages, responsive design, WordPress setup, forms, social links, basic SEO, analytics.
Additional services (e.g., advanced SEO, ads, content writing) are excluded unless purchased separately.
Projects begin 2–3 business days after deposit.
Completion target: 3–4 weeks, assuming timely feedback.

These Website Design Terms & Conditions (“Web Design Terms”) apply to all website design and development services (“Project,” “Services”) purchased through Envision Marketing Agency, LLC (“Envision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and are incorporated into our main Terms of Service. By checking “I have read and agree” at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Web Design Terms.
Envision will design and develop a responsive, modern website tailored to your business goals. Services generally include:
Website strategy, design, and development
Basic on-page SEO setup
Mobile-responsive design for all devices
Each website design plan specifies what is included. Typical inclusions may be:
A set number of custom-designed pages (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact)
WordPress setup and theme customization
Contact form integration
Social media links
Google Maps and Google Analytics setup
Additional services (SEO campaigns, paid advertising, advanced integrations, content creation, etc.) are not included unless purchased separately.
Projects generally begin within 2–3 business days after order placement and deposit (if applicable).
Standard completion time is 3–4 weeks, assuming timely client feedback and content submission.
Delays in providing content, approvals, or logins may extend project timelines.
Project Investment: Listed at checkout for each plan.
Payment Schedule: Unless otherwise noted, 50% deposit upfront and 50% balance due before site launch.
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by law.
Each plan includes 2 rounds of revisions per milestone (unused rounds do not roll over).
Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of deliverables being sent.
The client must provide content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
Any work requested outside the agreed project scope (as defined in the selected Website Design Plan, proposal, or Statement of Work) will be treated as a scope change.
Scope changes may include (but are not limited to) extra design revisions beyond the included rounds, additional pages, new functionality, advanced integrations, or major content changes after approval.
Scope changes will be billed at Envision’s current hourly or project rate, which will be disclosed prior to starting the work.
Scope changes may also extend the project timeline. Clients will be informed in writing of any additional cost and time impact before work begins.
Approval of scope change work may be provided by email, written acknowledgment, or checkout of a scope add-on item, and such approval will be deemed binding.
The client owns the completed website deliverables once payment is made in full.
Envision retains rights to showcase the project in its portfolio and marketing materials.
Either party may terminate before completion with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable, and the client is responsible for costs incurred to date.
Envision is not responsible for post-launch downtime, revenue loss, or issues unless the client has purchased an active maintenance plan.
Envision provides services “as is” without guarantees of traffic, revenue, or search engine ranking.
Envision is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the website or services.
These Web Design Terms are an addendum to and made part of Envision’s general Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, these Web Design Terms control for web design services.

These Website Maintenance Terms & Conditions (“Maintenance Terms”) apply to all website maintenance services (“Services”) purchased through Envision Marketing Agency, LLC (“Envision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and are incorporated into our main Terms of Service. By checking “I have read and agree” at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Maintenance Terms.
Our maintenance services are designed to ensure the ongoing security, stability, and performance of your website. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis and continue until canceled.
WordPress, theme, and plugin updates
Monthly offsite backups of your full website
Uptime monitoring
Support for minor edits or bug fixes (up to 30 minutes per month)
The following services may be available at additional cost:
Malware scanning and protection
Monthly performance reports (traffic, uptime, speed)
Content updates beyond 30 minutes per month
Website hosting (if provided by Envision)
Maintenance services are billed monthly in advance.
Core service plans start at $79/month; premium plans and add-ons are billed separately.
Payments are non-refundable once the service period has begun, except as required by law.
All payments must be made on time to avoid suspension of services.
Maintenance plans are month-to-month.
Either party may cancel with 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date.
No refunds are issued for unused portions of a month once billing has occurred.
Minor edits/bug fixes are capped at 30 minutes per month for core plans. Additional work may require a separate agreement or billable hours.
Maintenance services do not include major redesigns, new functionality, or SEO/marketing services unless purchased separately.
Envision makes best efforts to secure and maintain your website but cannot guarantee 100% uptime, protection against all attacks, or freedom from errors.
Envision is not liable for losses caused by third-party hosting providers, plugin developers, or factors outside our control.

These Website Hosting Terms & Conditions (“Hosting Terms”) apply to all hosting services purchased from Envision Marketing Agency, LLC (“Envision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and are incorporated into our main Terms of Service. WordPress hosting on secure, managed servers
Daily backups
Server-level security and caching
SSL certificate included
Storage allowance depending on plan (e.g., 1GB or 5GB)
Hosting is billed at $29/month, or annually at a discounted rate.
Hosting includes technical support for server-related issues only.
Hosting does not include content edits, plugin troubleshooting, or design changes unless you also have a Website Maintenance Plan.
Storage limits apply as defined by the selected plan. Exceeding limits may result in additional fees or upgrade requirements.
Hosting services are month-to-month and may be canceled with 14 days’ notice.
Upon cancellation, you may request a migration of your files. We will provide files and database backups upon request, but we are not responsible for third-party migration work unless purchased separately.
Envision makes best efforts to provide secure, reliable hosting but cannot guarantee 100% uptime or immunity from cyberattacks.
Envision is not liable for outages or data loss caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., upstream providers, natural disasters, client misuse).
Clients are responsible for maintaining current backups if hosting is canceled or migrated.

These Instagram Growth Terms & Conditions (“Growth Terms”) apply to all Instagram growth services purchased from Envision Marketing Agency, LLC (“Envision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and are incorporated into our main Terms of Service. By checking “I have read and agree” at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Growth Terms.
Our Instagram growth services include:
Organic growth via targeted engagement strategies
Audience targeting by niche, location, or hashtags
Monthly follower tracking and engagement reports (Premium Plan only)
Strategy consultation as needed (Premium Plan only)
Note: Growth services do not include content creation, posting, or ad campaigns unless purchased separately.
Instagram growth services are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
Pricing:

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Clients may cancel at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle.
The client must provide valid Instagram login credentials and accurate brand targeting preferences.
The client is responsible for creating and posting content unless otherwise contracted.
Envision is not responsible for lost access due to incorrect login details, account restrictions, or actions outside of our control.
Results will vary depending on factors such as account history, niche, audience engagement, and changes in the Instagram algorithm.
Envision does not guarantee specific follower numbers, engagement rates, or revenue outcomes.
Envision will use best practices for organic growth but cannot guarantee protection against account suspensions, bans, or penalties caused by Instagram’s platform rules.
The client acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks of using third-party growth services on social media platforms.
These Growth Terms are an addendum to and made part of Envision’s general Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, these Growth Terms control for Instagram growth services.

These SEO Services Terms & Conditions (“SEO Terms”) apply to all search engine optimization (SEO) services purchased from Envision Marketing Agency, LLC (“Envision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and are incorporated into our main Terms of Service. By checking “I have read and agree” at checkout, you agree to be bound by these SEO Terms.
Our SEO services may include, depending on the selected plan:
On-page optimization (meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking)
Keyword research, targeting, and content optimization
Monthly performance reporting
Blog content strategy (Pro Plan only)

Envision is not liable for fluctuations in search engine rankings, penalties resulting from algorithm updates, or third-party actions beyond our control.
Client acknowledges that SEO is a long-term investment and results may take several months to materialize.

Envision Marketing Agency, LLC (“Envision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) strives to provide high-quality services to every client. Because of the nature of digital and creative services, most purchases are non-refundable once work has begun. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued across our service offerings.
Deposits (typically 50%) are non-refundable once work begins.
If a client cancels before project completion, the client is responsible for costs of work performed to date (minimum 30% of total project fee).
Final payments are non-refundable once deliverables have been provided or a site has launched.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial or prorated refunds for unused time within a month.

SEO plans are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the billing period begins, due to the nature of ongoing optimization work.
Clients may cancel with 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date.
Refunds, if granted as an exception, will be issued to the original payment method only.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside this policy.
Any disputes must follow the process outlined in our Terms of Service.
At Envision Marketing Agency, we want you to love your website — and we’re committed to working closely with you to get it right. To keep the project efficient and ensure a high-quality experience for every client, we’ve established the following revision policy:
Each website package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined below:

A “round” of revisions refers to a batch of feedback provided at one time, ideally consolidated. You’ll have the opportunity to share your requested edits, and we’ll apply them all in that round.
Revisions include reasonable adjustments such as:
Text changes or corrections
Image swaps
Layout tweaks (alignment, spacing)
Color/font adjustments (within branding scope)
The following would require additional time and may incur extra fees:
Complete redesign or layout overhauls
New pages or features not in the original scope
Structural changes (e.g., switching to a different platform or template mid-project)
Requests submitted after the final revision round is complete
To keep projects on track:
Revisions must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery
All feedback should be consolidated in each round (multiple emails or scattered feedback may delay turnaround)
Revisions are typically completed within 1–3 business days depending on complexity
We offer additional revisions at a flat rate of $49 per round or $99/hour for larger scope adjustments.
This ensures you still have flexibility while allowing us to maintain efficiency and quality.
